Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
This document is provided for general information and is a placeholder that must be reviewed and completed by qualified legal counsel before commercial use. It is not legal advice.
These terms are a general placeholder describing the intended use of the ctReadySim™ platform. Final, binding terms are established in the written agreement between CozziTech and each subscribing organization.
Use of the service
ctReadySim™ provides voice-based training simulations and evaluation tools for organizations. Access is granted to authorized users through accounts administered by their organization. Users agree to use the service only for lawful, authorized training purposes.
Accounts and access
- Organizations are responsible for managing their users, roles, and permissions.
- Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
- Access may be suspended for misuse or to protect the service.
Content and scenarios
Scenarios, participant profiles, and related training content are fictional and authored by organizations and trainers. Organizations are responsible for the content they create and for ensuring it is appropriate for their training program.
AI-assisted features
Simulated participants and evaluations are produced with AI assistance and are intended to support — not replace — qualified human trainers. Evaluation results are reviewable and can be adjusted or overridden by authorized trainers.
Availability and changes
The service may change over time as features are added or improved. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but it is provided without warranties except as set out in an organization’s written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except as otherwise agreed in a written contract, the service is provided “as is.” Specific warranties, service levels, and liability terms are defined in each organization’s agreement.
